An interesting book that seems to fit in with the low carb ideals (although for me I wouldn't be able to eat everything she suggests as I have a nut allergy and a lot of the bread subs have almonds in them) but some of the recipes are worth trying out and the general idea seems good! (I would be interested to find out if there is an updated version as I am sure that some of the things she says you need to order from abroad are now available.)

    2. Great book! I found that I'm much more aware of what I'm putting into my body after reading this and it gave me a completely different perspective on semi-vegetarian eating. Because the author is encouraging and not overly strict, I've been able to adapt the recipes to suit my partner's and my own tastes. Overall I think it's a very helpful book, and it has inspired much creativity in my kitchen!

    3. A fairly good cookbook, with simple-to-follow recipes. Many of the dishes can be made with easily accessible food. I wish there were more "exotic" dishes, though, but my overall impression is positive.

    4. Simple to read and well organised.The recipes are tasty and easy to get ingredients for, and easy to cook. One of my favourites is the tofu cacciatore. Great for one person cooking as well

    5. Great book for those veggies who want to focus on eating healthy instead of just filling up on carbs. A great weight loss guide for veggies.

    6. The recipes are too weird for me I was looking for more simple diet but this ain't it. I'm sure some people love this book- just not my thing.
