    1. I'm giving this a few stars because I think Ms. Pace seems like an amazing person, her book is really pretty and her messages are inspirational. However, her book is a disjointed, confusing piece without clear direction or themes. Honestly, it seems like a series of motivational/church talks that she gave over the years that were just thrown together and published after a graphic designer had fun illustrating. For writing quality and cohesiveness, it is a one-star book. For the author's evident [...]

    2. Noelle really is an amazing and inspiring person, and I loved the stories she told of her experiences. Her message was perfect for teenage girls. I guess my complaint is that I read it all in one day so it kind of felt repetitive.

    3. I really enjoyed the message of the book, that you always have a choice. She had many inspirational quotes and I loved her openness of her life. The book was a little disjointed but I did enjoy reading it.

    4. I liked how Pace connected reaching her Olympic goals to the gospel. There are a lot of great quotes and scriptures and this is an easy, interesting read. I wish there would have been more about her life, but Isabelle and I both read and liked this. Trio B.C.

    5. A great book full of life's little lessons. Overcoming difficulties. I read a little bit each night as a positive thought. I love Noelle. She is an inspiration. She was very focused and and inspirational.

    6. Noelle Pikus Pace recounts life lessons she has learned as she trained, prepared and competed in the Winter Olympics in the skeleton and won a silver medal. She talks about both the challenges and the triumphs. The book is organized into 10 chapters with each chapter focusing on one life lesson and then incorporating her experiences to describe how she learned (and applied) these lessons. She talks a lot about attitude and belief in self. Here are a few quotes that I found inspiring:"Once we fill [...]

    7. Great book! Very positive, very upbeat! So many fabulous quotes –“I am asking that we stop seeking out the storms and enjoy more fully the sunlight. I am suggesting that as we go through life, we ‘accentuate the positive.’ I am asking that we look a little deeper for the good . . . Look For The Sunlight Through The Clouds – Gordon B. Hinckley Compliment yourself when you do something praiseworthy. Compliment others as well. Be honest with yourself about your weaknesses, and strive to ma [...]

    8. OK, Noelle is an inspirational woman. I admire her greatly. I think she's driven, a good person, stands up for her values, etc. These facts and her story simply don't merit an entire book. Sunday school lesson, yes. Church talk, yes. Fireside, yes. Whole book, no. I enjoyed the uplifting message for a couple of chapters, then was done. Still like Noelle though.

    9. Loved this book! It's an easy read full of Olympic Silver Medalist Noelle Pikus Pace's most important life lessons. I loved all of her examples; she wasn't afraid to share her mistakes. Good book when you need to pick yourself back up and reach for your goals once again.

    10. Wonderful!! I usually like these kind of books, but this one was just exceptional! Very visually beautiful too! Totally read this. You'll feel so good! Thanks Ms. Pace for taking the time to write this!

    11. I thought this book was great and inspiring. I do kinda wish that it had a few more details about her training and life, but it was still really good.

    12. A beautiful coffee table book. Lots of inspiring quotes and pictures. A little too perfect and upbeat for my taste. An inspiring woman to be sure, but not someone I can identify with.

    13. Great motivational book! Felt a lot like a whole bunch of inspirational speeches/church talks published into a book, but was good none the less.

    14. I enjoyed the stories, the pictures, and the headings. It was inspirational and I want my daughters to read it. I am keeping it for future lessons in YW.

    15. Olympic medalist Noelle Pikus Pace uses her experiences in competition and with related events to teach some valuable life lessons in a fun and exciting way.

    16. Inspirational! I know the book was more about the lessons she learned and her faith, but i do wish it was laid out more chronologically.

    17. She kind of hops around, so it's a little all over the place but a very positive and inspiring read. I learn much from her examples and stories.

    18. Very inspiring and uplifting read. I really enjoyed it and think she is a test role model especially for young women, I would love my daughters to read it.

    19. Fast, easy read. Inspirational. Made me think about ways to improve myself without competing with anyone else.
