    1. This was my first time reading this author and I must say I liked her writing style and found the story very entertaining. Noelle had been engaged to Doug, was at the church getting ready when someone handed her a note from her groom informing her he couldn't go through with the wedding because he was in love with her best friend (who was also her maid of honor). The two of them ran away together. Now, over a year later, Noelle, is still being reminded daily of the most devastating and humiliati [...]

    2. I discovered this book, and this author in the Sweet Christmas Kisses: Fourteen Sweet Christmas Romances anthology. It was the last story in the collection, and my favorite. Noelle was left at the altar about a year before this story takes place. The townspeople mean well, but everyone is always pitying her. She's days away from leaving town for a fresh start, when her father has a heart attack. Now Noelle feels like she needs to stay home and help fulfill her father's normal roles in the Christ [...]

    3. Family ~ Friends ~ Faith ~ ForgivenessKristin's series of Covington Falls Chronicles stories weave around a fictional small town and the people who live there. She does not disappoint in her Christmas story. My heart was breaking for the pain Noelle has lived with, being left at the altar by her fiancé and maid of honor. Living in a fog and the whispers in the town, because in a small town, everyone knows and talks. Noelle has to deal with her personal heart ache and then nearly losing her fath [...]

    4. After having read her previous books about the small town of Covington Falls it was wonderful reading about the characters I grew to love! Michael & Noelle's story is just as emotional and heart wrenching as the previous ones. Ms Wallace has an amazing ability to have you laughing one minute and then wracking in sobs the next! Michael & Noelle eventually learn to grow to appreciate each other and lose their hearts in spite of seemingly overwhelming odds. They find that the other is exact [...]

    5. posted my review on & last week. Here it is: I have read By Christmas(Covington Falls Chronicles, Book 4) by Kristin Wallace from the box set. A wonderful story full of many emotions: betrayal, love, sadness, anger, family, great friends, bad friends, loss, and happiness. An attempt to trust after betrayal. Noelle went through a lot in this story. Great read. Definitely going to read the other stories in the set. I recommend this book to everyone, but especially to those who like Romances. [...]

    6. This is the 1st book I read by Kristin Wallace. I felt sorry for Noelle's dad besides that the rest of this story didn't really interest me.

    7. 3.5This was a fun Christmas romance. Noelle was jilted at the alter over a year ago, but her well-meaning neighbors just won't let her forget it. She's fed up with all the sympathy and finally decides to leave town for a fresh start when her dad has a heart attack forcing her to stay and take over their family Christmas shop. I liked Noelle and felt pretty bad for her. Since she was dumped (for her best friend) she has never really been able to move on. In part because the small town just won't [...]

    8. Noelle Joy Robinson should have been spending Christmas with her husband. Instead, she’s become the face of jilted brides in Covington Falls after her fiancé runs off with one her bridesmaids on her wedding day. To escape the constant sympathy, she decides to leave town and start over in a new city. But when her father has a health crisis, it falls to Noelle to save the family business and Christmas for the entire town. Soon she’s knee-deep in parades, dealing with a cantankerous ass (the a [...]

    9. If I liked it? I'm not sure. It had potential, the plot was well thought-out, the characters were real, but the whole thing just didn't add up.1) In the beginning there were so many characters, I had no idea who was who.2) Later I got even more characters and I don't think all these nieces and actresses and authors etc. added to the picture. (Read: they DIDN'T.)3) It was so freaking annoying how swallowed-in-sorrow the girl was for her long-gone ex-fiancée. Yeah, sure, it's a big deal to be dum [...]

    10. This was the last book in series of Christian Christmas Romance novella. I like this book. It takes place in a small town, where everyone knows what is going on with people in the community. Novelle had been left at the alter a year ago, and the town is showing her too much sympathy, which has made it hard for her to get on with her life. I do like the closeness of the community. Every year they have a big Christmas celebration, which is headed up by Nicolle's family. The dad has a heart attack, [...]

    11. This book was easy reading but the plot was not convincing. The ending was quite obvious as the girl left at the altar finally wins out. The book revolves around how Christmas is celebrated in a small town. And do they celebrate! From the town square lit up with millions of lights, to the Nativity scene with real people and farm animals, to the Snow Princess in a parade, and finally a Mrs.Claus who reads stories to the children. Overwhelming!!! I love Christmas and so this helped me get through [...]

    12. I very much enjoyed this sweet romance with elements of faith. I have not read the other books in this series but now I am going to! I LOVE a HOT, masculine and protective hero, and Michael was all those things and more. Our heroine had been through much heartache being jilted at the altar by Michael's brother. It made for some really interesting reading on how all that was resolved. There was also some great kissing scenes. Highly recommend!

    13. Noelle was left at the altar by her ex-fiance and her best friend. The people in her hometown call her "poor Noelle". When planning to leave town to get away from it all her dad has a heart attack and she needs to take over the family Christmas Shoppe and deal with her ex-fiance's brother who has become her best friend.A fun Christmas story with a runaway donkey that loves popcorn do you resist that?

    14. By Christmas: Was a great romance story! It was a lot of ups and downs but it was well written and a very touching story! Loved the whole concept of the book and the love stories that might not have happen if people gave up so quickly when one breaks your heart some people give up. I just loved everything about it!

    15. I found myself being so addicted to this story. I could not put it down. So many emotions coming in to play. Healing, forgiveness, redemption are some of the threads through this book. I loved the surprise wedding in the book. I love reading Kristin Wallace's books and hope to read more.

    16. Christian romance but not overly done. Good dialogue between characters and author really captured small-town feel. Would definitely read more by her.

    17. I loved this book! I loved Noelle and Michael and their lovestory. I loved their friends and now I will have to go back to book 1 to read their stories. can't wait to read more of this series

    18. Really sweet Christmas romance. I hadn't read the previous books in this series but I had no problems following the story. Very entertaining. Will definitely read the other books in this series.

    19. Lovely story but could have done with being proof-read properly as Michael's ex-wife's name changed halfway through!!

    20. This was the 14th and final book of the Sweet Christmas Kisses. I really enjoyed it but now I will have to buy the 3 books before this one to find out about the rest of the town.
