OPI: SAVE ME!!
3
February 24th, 2012NOTDHi Everyone!
It’s finally Friday, woop woop!
Yesterday I was feeling the glitter so I decided to try out my OPI: Save Me polish; its like magical rainbows in a bottle. The base is silver microglitter with a mixture of string glitter.

Can I stress these pictures truly do not do this polish justice! Hidden holographic goodness going on there- if you look carefully.

OPI: Save Me
Application:
I found that Save Me was opaque in about 3 coats with its lovely silver glitter base. I found it easier to apply the polish on the centre of the nail but harder to get it all the way to the edges so I had to touch up the edges slightly afterwards. My application was a little messy really but its easier to get away with when using glitter IMO!Finish:
Personally I prefer using this glitter as a polish rather than a top coat as it really is spectacular on its own – although to be honest I probably prefer more glitters by themselves, expect Some Enchanted Evening anyway. There are 2 two types of string glitter – blue and holographic. The finish is slightly rough so I topped it off with a few lashings of Seche Vite.Overall:
Overall this is just gorgeous – its part of the Nicki Minaj Collection so if you are a fan of glitter polishes, holographic effects and even string glitter then it’s definitely worth a look before it disappears! Oh and I even had a comment from some Japanese business men so it just goes to show how stunning it looks.- Packaging: 3/5
