    1. This is really good. Having been working out for awhile and being a bit of a self-professed gym rat, this has a lot of info. I think it is more for trainers, buit anyone can use it. It is very well thoought out, states how difficult the exercises are, and who should, and shouldn't be doing them. The use of stretch bands, exercise balls, and those roller things ( I can't think of the name right now) dominate much of exercises, but you can modify most of them to doing it with out any use of weight [...]

    2. Well explained exercises, and images visualizing which muscle is being worked. Good for women who want to work out at home as it contains also programs put together using the exercises - or for anyone looking to understand which muscles are being worked.
